If I don't have specific skills in creating questionnaires, how can I use CityWall?

The creation of questionnaires is facilitated by AI features. It will be sufficient to indicate the type of questionnaire from the templates provided by CityWall and answer a few simple questions related to the purposes and characteristics of your survey. The AI ​​will create for you a questionnaire that allows for an accurate survey and easy understanding by users.

"My municipality already has civic participation paths. How can Citywall be useful?

CityWall does not replace physical participation through dedicated meetings and workshops. It is, however, a complementary tool that allows for a wider audience to participate thanks to the pervasiveness of digital technology and the convenience of asynchronous participation. Users will be able to complete questionnaires whenever it is most convenient for them throughout their day. At the same time, CityWall will also allow us to reach City Users who are not residents and who therefore do not participate in more institutional forms of participation such as social or neighborhood networks.
